Job Description:We at Coforge are hiring Android Developer with the following skill sets.
Experience:5+ years of professional Android development experience
Language:Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin; strong knowledge of Java
Architecture:Hands-on experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVI patterns
Security:Experience implementing biometric authentication, encryption, certificate pinning, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect
Testing:Proficiency with JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, Robolectric
CI/CD:Experience setting up automated build and deployment pipelines
API Integration:Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data (Web Sockets)
Play Store:Experience with Google Play Console, app signing, staged rollouts, and release management
Version Control:Proficiency with Git (Git Hub, Git Lab, or Bitbucket)
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience building mobile applications in the financial services, wealth management, or brokerage industry
- Familiarity with financial data standards (FIX protocol, market data feeds)
- Experience with cross-platform parity projects (replicating iOS apps on Android or vice versa)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for financial mobile apps (SOC 2, data privacy regulations)
- Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Datadog)
- Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistency across platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and practices
