Software Engineering Team Member

We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative pharmacy services and healthcare solutions.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, ranging from user experience to backend code. Your day-to-day activities will involve delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in Angular UI is required. Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) is suggested.

Take ownership of specific system components and ensure their seamless integration within the overall architecture. Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Analyze complex challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions that align with project goals. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Contribute to improving development processes and quality standards to elevate team performance.

The role is hybrid, located in Dallas or Chicago. It requires a B-degree and industry experience. The position mandates vaccination and includes travel with project-covered expenses. The chances for extension depend on performance. Interviews will be conducted via Webex, with two expected rounds. The role accepts H1B, GC, and US citizens.
