• 9+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems and internal platforms
• Track record of leading complex engineering initiatives and modernization efforts
• Ability to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction
• Hands-on engineers who remain close to design, development, and delivery
