Full Stack Engineer

The Java Full-Stack Angular Lead will play a crucial role in leading both onsite and offshore teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects while demonstrating strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong Full Stack development background.
• Backend (50%):
  Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Reactive Programming, and SQL.
• Frontend (50%):
  Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions).
• Candidates must be equally strong in both backend and frontend technologies. Pure backend developers are not preferred, even if they are technically strong.
• The interview will include significant frontend (Angular) questions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the Angular experience claimed in their resume.
• Expect complex, scenario-based technical questions covering both backend and frontend development.
• Must have experience leading a team, coordinating onsite and offshore resources, and driving technical delivery.
