We have a requirement for Appian Development team lead.
Preferred
Location:
Dallas TX else other locations (WA, IL, NY, NC, RI, CT, TN, NJ, AZ, WI, CA, PA, GA– hybrid working, at least 3 days a week from office.
JD for the role is as below:
Provide technical guidance to involved team members. Come up with scalable, and efficient architecture/ designs for Appian solutions. Get them reviewed & singed off from involved Architects and client stakeholders. Conduct code/ solution reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot reported application issues/ tickets and provide effective solutions. Lead, mentor, and motivate aligned team of Appian developers.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular project updates. Resource in this role will design and develop Appian solutions.
This will include:
- Implementing end-to-end process automation using Appian and other intelligent automation technologies
- Interfacing with customer and work with various customer internal teams, coordinate and get the changes completed as required
- Should be good in communication and have worked with Customer directly
- Able to work independently
- Developing Appian-based solutions using all object types available in Appian.
- Integrating with external applications using REST, SOAP-based APIs and files.
- Conducting root cause analysis for Appian outages
- Restoring Appian services in the event of an outage
- Experience working with Appian plugins
Primary skill required (must have):
- Appian
- Appian AI Skills
- Integration with internal/external systems using APIs, File Transfer etc.
- Aware of Application Security and how to interact with Secure Applications e.g. through Firewall, Secured APIs with Okta etc.
