• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Ability to lead technical discussions, design reviews, and mentor team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Added Advantage:

• Python development experience
• Experience with AI Agents / Generative AI solutions
• IBM Web Sphere Liberty knowledge and migration experience
