Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Platform

Dallas, TX – Hybrid Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $55-$60/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale a production-grade Multi-Agent AI platform serving thousands of internal users across multiple business units. This role requires strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI and Multi-Agent solutions in real-world enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, capable of owning AI solutions from concept through production, and able to clearly explain their technical contributions, architecture decisions, challenges, and project outcomes.

• Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions and frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing Multi-Agent AI systems
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Graph, Agent SDKs, Auto Gen, CrewAI, or similar
• Experience with Vector Search and Embeddings
• Strong experience with AWS or GCP
• Experience building scalable enterprise AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks

• Build an LLM-driven orchestrator to route user intent across multiple specialized AI agents.
• Develop multi-agent capabilities including:
  • Agent delegation
  • Agent memory
  • Response validation
  • Capability discovery
• Build an Agent Selection Layer using hybrid retrieval, Vector RAG, and LLM-based selection.
• Develop scalable FastAPI services for hosting multiple AI agents.
• Build and manage tool-driven AI agents with dynamic tool selection, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Design secure Data API layers between AI agents and enterprise databases.
• Develop and support Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and partner-team agent onboarding.
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Build evaluation and safety frameworks, including:
  • Hallucination prevention
  • PII/PHI masking
  • Audit trails
  • Feedback-loop instrumentation
  • Offline and online evaluations
• Ensure production reliability through monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and latency management.
