We’re seeking a Lead iOS Developer to design, build, and lead delivery of commercial-grade iOS applications in a consumer banking environment. This role combines hands‑on iOS engineering (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit) with Agile leadership, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You’ll help shape iOS architecture, champion quality and UX best practices, and drive dependable releases through modern CI/CD.

• Lead the design and development of production iOS applications using
  
  Swift,SwiftUI, andUIKit.
• Own and evolve the iOS architecture (maintainability, scalability, performance, security, testing strategy, and coding standards).
• Partner with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver features for consumer banking, including account managementandcustomer onboarding flows.
• Drive Agile execution: lead/mentor engineers, support planning and refinement, and remove delivery blockers.
• IntegrateRESTful APIsand appropriate third-party libraries, ensuring stability, observability, and secure data handling.
• Champion mobileUI/UX best practices(accessibility, responsiveness, consistency, usability) to create intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Implement and continuously improveCI/CD pipelines for iOS builds, automated testing, and release management.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business impact and influencing outcomes.

• 10–12+ yearsof experience designing and building complex, commercial-grade software systems.
• 4+ years leading Agile teams (team lead/tech lead responsibilities, mentoring, and delivery ownership).
• Proficiency in Swiftand strong experience with native iOS development tools/frameworks:
• SwiftUI
• UIKit
• Experience in consumer banking, specifically account managementandonboarding.
• Experience integratingRESTful APIsandthird-party libraries.
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (build automation, testing, release workflows).
• Solid understanding ofmobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Estimated Min Rate: $126000.00
