Join the Dallas Swim Kids Team! Swim Instructor (PT or FT) – Focus on Ages 6 Months to 3 Years

Are you passionate about working with children and making a real difference every day? Dallas Swim Kids is looking for enthusiastic and caring Part-Time or Full-Time Swim Instructors to join our growing team!

We specialize in teaching children from 6 months old in parent/child programs through to 13 years old in our advanced invitational program.

What You’ll Do:

Teach fun, engaging swim classes using our proven Dallas Swim Kids curriculum

Deliver exceptional customer service in and out of the pool

Help maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Requirements:

Swimming Proficiency

Ability to swim at least 25 meters using recognized strokes

Strong water safety awareness

CPR and First Aid Certification (often required or strongly preferred)

Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is a plus, especially for teaching younger children

Background Check

Experience with Children

Prior experience teaching or working with children is highly valued

Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are essential

Ability to motivate and encourage young swimmers

Team-oriented mindset and reliability.
