Labatt Food Service, the tenth largest food‑service distributor in the nation and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring a Student Driver for its Dallas location. The role offers stability with long‑term, full‑time employment and an opportunity to qualify as a commercial driver while being trained as a Route Driver.

The Student Driver Program has graduated over 300 students since its inception. Trucks are new, equipped with the latest safety technology—including adaptive braking, collision mitigation, lane‑departure warnings, and tire‑pressure monitoring—and have automatic transmissions for a smooth ride.

• Unload 600-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.
• Learn how to drive a tractor‑trailer and interact with customers.
• Follow local routes, arriving home with family every night and on weekends.
  
  Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, dispatch typically between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m.

• Valid Texas Class A Permit or Texas Class A CDL.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical.

• $4,000 sign‑on bonus ($2,000 after 6 months and additional $2,000 after 12 months). Limited time.
• $3,000 referral bonus (offered once employed).
• $12,000 retention bonus paid out after 3 years.
• $950 weekly pay while training.
• Career path set as Route Driver upon completion of program. Average income $65,000‑$90,000/yr.
• Paid training to acquire a Class A CDL.
