Truck Driver Trainee

Overview

Are you a recent CDL-A graduate looking to start your driving career with a company that provides the training and support you need to succeed? We are seeking motivated, safety-focused drivers to join our team in dry van transportation. No prior driving experience is required. Our paid training program pairs you with an experienced mentor who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in trucking.

• Paid training with an experienced mentor, including 200+ hours of hands-on instruction
• $650 per week during training
• Earn an average of $1,200 to $1,400 per week upon successful completion of training
• Dry van freight with most loads being drop-and-hook
• 90% no-touch freight
• Opportunities for advancement as you gain experience
• Supportive team environment focused on driver success and safety

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours completed through an accredited CDL training program within the last 2 years
• No major traffic violations within the past 6 months
• Fairly clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Stable work history with no unemployment gaps of 6 months or longer
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Willingness to complete the full training program
• Qualified applicants can expect a streamlined hiring process, with approval typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of application submission
