• Operate a tractor‑trailer on regional routes.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with company safety policies.
• Use a sleeper berth, driving approximately 5 nights per week.
• Participate in company‑provided orientation, training, and ongoing safety sessions.
• Handle any downtime including breakdown and waiting time at a rate of $23/hr.

• Active Class A CDL.
• Minimum 18 months of tractor‑trailer experience.
• At least 23 years old.
• Hazardous Materials endorsement required.
• Company‑provided DOT physical required.
• No at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Maximum 1 traffic ticket in the last 3 years.
• No DUI within the last 3 years.
• Must be willing to work regional routes and use a sleeper berth.

• Pay up to $2,000 per week.
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed base pay (safety net).
• Monthly KPI bonus $250‑$500+.
• Sign‑on bonus $3,000 paid over 6 months.
• Bi‑annual safety bonus $1,000.
