OTR CDL A Flatbed Driver

Job Overview

Trans Force is seeking aCDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Dallas, TX.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time

• Base: $0.62 Per Mile (increases with experience)
• Per diem: $35 Per night
• Tarp pay: $50 PER tarp
• Detention and breakdown: $25 Per Hour after the first hour and a half

New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions

• Tarping and Strapping

• License: CDL A
• Experience:
  
  Recent graduates accepted
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
