The Dedicated Team CDL-A Driver will support high-volume refrigerated freight operations while maintaining safe and efficient transportation services. Drivers will operate on established routes utilizing preloaded trailers and drop trailer distribution centers.

Transportation Operations

Safely transport refrigerated freight between dedicated distribution center locations.
Operate within established team routes while maintaining on-time delivery standards.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Accurately complete logs and transportation documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
Maintain professionalism while supporting customer service expectations.

Freight Responsibilities

Handle no-touch refrigerated freight.
Operate on static weekly routes utilizing preloaded trailers.
Deliver to drop trailer distribution centers.
Average approximately 4,800 team miles per week.
Support long-haul operations while maintaining safe driving practices.
Adhere to delivery schedules and operational requirements.

Compensation

Weekly Earnings: $1,803 - $2,101
Annual Earnings: $93,778 - $109,298
Mileage Split Compensation
