CDL-A-Driver - Donations Collection; Local

Local Position | 5:00 AM Start Time | 2027 Kenworth T880 Single Cab

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL-A Driver to join our donations collection team. This position involves operating a tractor-trailer on local routes to collect donated clothing, shoes, toys, accessories, and other reusable items from donation bins and thrift store locations. Drivers work alongside a helper as part of a two-person crew and play a key role in supporting recycling and charitable initiatives throughout the community.

• Local routes – Home daily
• 5:00 AM start time
• Operate a 2027 Kenworth T880 Single Cab
• Full-time position
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned local routes
• Lead and work alongside a helper to collect, load, and transport donated materials
• Pick up donated clothing, shoes, toys, accessories, and other reusable items from donation bins and thrift store locations
• Deliver, relocate, and remove donation containers as needed
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Complete required inspections and paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and load bags and boxes weighing up to 75 lbs throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely lead and communicate with a helper

• Monday–Friday
• Start time: 5:00 AM
• Home daily
• Occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs

• Starting pay: $24.00 per hour
