Freight OSD Clerk – Dallas, TX
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts
Freight OSD Clerk is responsible for investigating freight overages, shortages, and damages with freight on our dock. Duties include taking pictures, moving freight with a forklift, physically handling freight when needed, and working with customer service to investigate and resolve freight issues. The role often requires working in an open, roofed, non‑climate controlled environment.
Requirements- Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Professional, self‑motivated, energetic, with excellent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
- 2+ years of experience in freight OSD or similar role
- Freight logistics experience
- Forklift operating experience
- Shrink wrap machine experience
