Job Description

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for full‑time Forklift Operators at our Dallas, TX service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving all types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.

Starting at $27.63 per hour. Earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment, and an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching; paid vacation and holidays; and vacation lodging at exclusive employee resorts.

Full‑time, Monday through Friday on various shifts.

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
