Delivery Driver

Trillium Driver Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Non-CDL Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Dallas area.

Schedule is Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM Start Time. Pay: $22–$25 per hour DOE. This role will begin primarily in the warehouse, with the opportunity to transition into a Non-CDL delivery driving position after training.

Candidates will spend the first 1–2 months learning warehouse operations, products, loading procedures, customer expectations, and field delivery processes by training alongside current drivers.

Responsibilities:

Support daily warehouse operations
Pull, stage, load, and organize materials
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Train in the field with experienced drivers
Learn product, delivery, and customer requirements
Learn flatbed load securement using straps and tie-downs
Transition into operating a 26-foot flatbed for local deliveries once trained
Complete paperwork and follow safety procedures

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and non-CDL truck driving experience who is looking to grow into a local delivery driving role.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license; no CDL required
Experience driving 26-foot non-CDL trucks required
Flatbed driving experience preferred
Flatbed load securement experience preferred
Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as needed
Clean driving record
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to train
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
