Accident Reports Required On All Accidents If They Occurred In The Last Five Years

Requirements:

• No More Than Three (3) Moving Violations In The Past Three (3) Years
• No More Than Two (2) In Any 12-Month Period
• No More Than One (1) In The Most Recent 12-Months
• No Dwi/Dui Convictions In The Past (3) Years
• No More Than Nine (9) Driving Jobs In The Past Three (3) Years (Including Orientation Only)
• No Unemployment Over 30 Days Without Cause

• Felonies:
  None In The Past 7 Years For Sex, Drugs, Theft/Fraud Or Violence (3 Years For Misdemeanors)
