MDB Transportation is hiring professional Class A CDL Team Drivers for full-time company driver positions.

We are looking for established driving teams or individual drivers willing to be matched with a teammate. If you're safety-focused, dependable, and looking for consistent miles, weekly pay, excellent benefits, and long-term stability, we want to hear from you.

This is a W-2 company driver position. This is not a 1099 contractor position and not an owner-operator opportunity. Drivers work directly for MDB Transportation with professional dispatch, steady freight, late‑model equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation: Team drivers earn up to $0.80 per team mile.

Drivers are paid under a mileage compensation program designed to compensate the entire trip cycle, including:

• Driving.
• Loading and unloading.
• Pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Required work time related to each load.

We understand that professional drivers do much more than simply drive. Our compensation program is designed to recognize the full scope of the job while providing consistent miles and earning potential.

Sign‑On Bonus: Qualified drivers are eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus per driver.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle as part of a team.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain communication with dispatch.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork and load documentation.
• Represent MDB Transportation professionally with customers and shippers.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Team driving experience preferred (or willingness to be paired with a teammate).
• Safe driving record.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliable and safety‑focused.
• Ability to work as a W‑2 company driver.
• Ability to comply with all DOT and company safety requirements.
• Previous OTR experience preferred.
