CDL-A Truck Driver Home Weekends $1550-$2000/WK (Full Time)
Class A CDL truck drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years (local, regional or OTR, no trainer, training school or yard jockey experience) are invited to run a dedicated account that allows home weekends. Drivers earn $1550‑$2000 weekly plus a $1000 sign‑on bonus (paid $500 after the first load and $500 30 days later).
Full benefits become available after 30 days. Pets or riders may travel with you after completing 3‑5 days of training on the account, earning $150 per day.
Drivers earn $.50‑$.60 CPM based on experience, $25 per stop, and $240 per trailer unload. Each load has 1‑6 stops, averaging 3 loads per week, leading to an annual pay range of $80,000‑$100,000.
Operational details:
The job is 100 % driver unload; you unload boxes from the trailer onto a conveyor belt that goes into the store. After unloading you have no further responsibility to store personnel. Trucks are primarily newer model Freightliners. Operation area includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Drivers are home every weekend either Friday night‑Sunday morning or Saturday afternoon‑Monday morning.
- Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR) within the last 3 years
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test — no exceptions, no SAP drivers
- Not terminated from a previous job for any safety‑related reason (if terminated for safety, must have 6 months with another carrier before applying)
- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 3 years; no more than 3 total accidents or incidents in that period
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months; no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Job history limits:
- 3 jobs in the last year
- 6 jobs in the last 2 years
- 8 jobs in the last 3 years
