21st Century Personnel is offering an entry-level Class A CDL driving role with a built-in training path. New drivers will receive a 30-day hands-on training period and weekly pay of $650 during training, before transitioning to earned weekly wages of $1,200–$1,400 on full driver duties.
You’ll complete the DOT process, gain real-world road experience nationwide, and have opportunities to move into dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Tuition assistance is available to repay CDL academy costs.
