Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non Commercial Driver's License (Non CDL) Truck Driver to join our Transportation team.

In this role, you will:

• Vehicle Operations & Safety
  :
  Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Delivery & Documentation
  :
  Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Warehouse Support
  :
  Support operational efficiency by working in the warehouse to manage inventory and orders when needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Requirements
  :
  Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Must successfully meet background check, drug screen, and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). requirements.
• Route Experience
  :
  At least one year of box truck route transportation experience is preferred.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (averaging 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over varied terrain (inclines, stairs, and ladders), and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Communication & Safety Knowledge
  :
  Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

• Pay Rate
  : $20.00 per hour.
• Schedule
  :
  Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
