CDL A Flatbed Driver

Position Overview

We are hiring full‑time Flatbed or Class A truck drivers for a variety of routes and assignments across the country. Candidates will have the opportunity to haul freight such as flooring tile, glass, steel, and other industrial materials, while working in Company or Owner‑Operator positions.

• Plan and execute delivery activities, prepare delivery loads, follow planned delivery routes, and assist with merchandise installations or returns, unloading.

• At least one year of Over‑the‑Road (OTR) experience (3 states or more).
• At least six months of flatbed experience within the past five years.
• No DUI or felony in the last five years.
• Minimum age 22 years.
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire.
• Experience driving Class A flatbed trucks, with or without over‑the‑road exposure.

• Annual salary ranges from $93,300 to $112,280 for flatbed CDL A drivers.
• Hourly pay options at $50.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay of $1,800 to $2,115 with a minimum guarantee of $1,800.
• Detention, breakdown layover, and extra stop pay available.
• Home time schedules (weekly home time, weekend home time) and performance bonuses based on mileage, idle, and fuel efficiency.
• Benefits include rider & pet policies, flight coverage for certain routes, and additional incentives such as a $50 tarp pay or $65 CPM with $50 tarp pay provisions.

Positions are available with Company drivers and Owner‑Operator opportunities. Some companies offer paid flights to and from destinations. Earnings are commensurate with experience and specific company policies. Employers provide drug testing, flight coverage, and other incentives.
