This role involves transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes. The position is based at the Kansas City terminal, with possible assignment to other locations.

Full-time drivers can earn:

• Weekly: $903.55 – $2,021.54
• Annual: $46,984.82 – $
• Accessorial pay for tarp, stop, detention, border, safety, and over-dimensional loads as applicable.

Eligibility:
Current employees actively driving. Payout begins at 90 days and is paid every 90 days for 12 months:

• 1st payout: $1,250.00
• 2nd payout: $1,250.00
• 3rd payout: $1,250.00
• 4th payout: $1,250.00

Owner/operators and trainees with less than four months CDL-A experience are not eligible.

Receive a $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 toward first-two-week orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record
• No more than six jobs in the last three years
• At least 4 months CDL-A experience
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience

Trucks are equipped with lane departure warning, forward collision warning, hard-brake monitoring, satellite communication, and 24/7 on-road support.
