Drivers haul refrigerated freight throughout the Southwest and across nationwide lanes using a combination of drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live deliveries. Freight moves through active shipping markets that help maintain consistent load availability while giving drivers the flexibility to run a variety of routes.
The operation focuses on keeping trucks loaded and moving instead of sitting between dispatches. No-touch freight allows drivers to stay focused on the road while dispatch works to minimize downtime and maintain productive trip planning throughout each work cycle.
Drivers typically earn between $1,250 and $1,500 per week based on mileage, trip length, and overall productivity. Longer hauls and consistent freight demand help support reliable weekly pay throughout the year.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 30 days. Paid orientation is provided, and travel expenses related to orientation are covered.
Drivers operate on a schedule of 12 days out followed by 2 full days s structure provides a balance between maximizing mileage opportunities and maintaining scheduled home time. Trips are generally planned in advance to help create a smoother routine from dispatch through delivery.
Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks designed for over-the-road comfort and maintained on a routine preventive maintenance schedule. Reliable equipment helps reduce downtime and keeps drivers focused on productive miles.
Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL license and at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Drivers must meet all DOT and company safety requirements.
