As CDL Driver / Waste Operations at Waste Connections, you will be responsible for safe and timely delivery operations, vehicle maintenance compliance, and exceptional customer service across assigned Texas routes and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Perform core duties associated with the CDL Driver / Waste Operations role to the highest professional standard
- Collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders in Dallas, Texas
- Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency goals
- Communicate clearly and proactively with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Represent Waste Connections professionally in all client, customer, or public interactions
- Valid CDL or relevant driving licence (as applicable), clean driving record, knowledge of DOT regulations, ability to lift and handle cargo, strong time management, and a commitment to safety standards.
- Previous experience in a similar CDL Driver / Waste Operations role is preferred
- Relevant certifications or licences as required for the position
- Authorisation to work in the United States
