Haslet, TX & Dallas, TX Job Type: Full-Time Earning Potential: $1,500–$2,000+ per week
We specialize in container transportation throughout Texas, with local and regional routes serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and other Texas markets.
Our compensation structure rewards drivers for productivity and effective time management, while guaranteed pay provides income protection when a full week of work is not available.

Our drivers are paid base/guaranteed pay plus commission, with project compensation that may include:
- 35% of line-haul revenue
- Accessorial pay
- Detention pay
- Additional work opportunities upon request
Our goal is to dispatch drivers to $1,500+ in weekly earnings, with motivated drivers regularly having the opportunity to earn at least $1,700+ per week based on availability, productivity, and effective time management.

- Transporting no-touch freight
- Working closely with dispatch to complete loads safely, efficiently, and on time
- Using mobile technology and apps
- Maintaining a safe, professional driving record
- Comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, USDOT requirements, and company safety policies
- Maintain equipment and documentation in inspection-ready condition
- Maintain accurate logs and manage available Hours of Service effectively
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep assigned equipment clean, safe, and DOT compliant
- Be prepared for roadside inspections and maintain equipment and documentation in inspection-ready condition
- Promptly report defects, damage, maintenance concerns, accidents, violations, or other safety issues
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with dispatch, customers, terminals, and other company personnel
- Plan trips effectively to meet scheduled appointments and maximize available driving hours
- Valid CDL-A
- TWIC card (or receipt of application prior to onboarding)
- Safe driving history
- Ability to meet all DOT qualification requirements
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
