During the term of this contract, Contractor shall provide Client with various services to be determined by Client. It is anticipated that Client will request services primarily related to Bruckner’s dealership entry requests. Contractor will be delivering and picking up commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma as well as other out of state runs. Contractor will alsoprovideservicesas directedforothercircumstancesifneeded.

The Contractor agrees that they are either a “Multiple Employer Driver ” or have the freedom to be a “Multiple Employer Driver ” if they desire todoso at anytimeduring the contract terms.

Driverensurestheyare currentwithallFMCSRregulationsfor thosepersonsthatoperateaCMV.

This Agreementshallbeeffectivefor
365days,unlesseitherpartywantstoterminate,withaminimumoftwo (2) daysadvancewrittennoticetotheotherparty.
