We're hiring motivated, safety-focused Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Drivers for our dry van operation. If you recently earned your Class A CDL but don't have driving experience yet, this is an opportunity to get the training and support you need to succeed.

No previous driving experience is required. You'll receive paid, hands‑on training with an experienced mentor who will help you build the skills and confidence needed for life on the road.

• Paid training with an experienced driver mentor
• 200+ hours of hands‑on training
• $850 per week during training
• Average earnings of $1,200–$1,400 per week after successful completion of training
• Dry van freight
• Most loads are drop‑and‑hook
• 90% no‑touch freight
• Opportunities for advancement as you gain experience

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours completed through an accredited CDL training program within the last 2 years
• No major traffic violations within the last 1 year
• Fairly clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Stable work history with no unemployment gaps of 6 months or longer
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Willingness to complete the full training program
