Lead Captain – Gulfstream G650; Dallas, KDAL Corporate Wings

The Opportunity

As the G650 Lead Captain, you’ll deliver technically flawless, safe transportation while setting the tone for a refined, personalized passenger experience. You’ll act as the primary passenger liaison from FBO arrival through final destination, and guide, mentor, and develop the pilot team assigned to this aircraft.

• Execute all assigned flight schedules safely and efficiently in accordance with FAA, ICAO, and manufacturer guidance.
• Manage pilot duty rosters and training schedules; approve monthly expense reports; conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with additional flight crew and company personnel; mentor, counsel, and develop teammates to maximize their potential.
• Partner with the Client Service Manager on aircraft schedule changes; secure company input/approvals on operational, personnel, and administrative matters and pilot‑relief needs.
• Plan and fly maintenance-test, training, and other flights outside the client’s normal scheduling protocol.
• Personally welcome passengers; provide thorough trip briefings, confirm itineraries, offer weather updates, and explain any changes—serving as the key liaison throughout the journey.
• Deliver impeccable inflight service; responsibly manage alcohol and catering; carefully load, stow, and secure baggage.
• Protect cabin integrity by cleaning, organizing, and stocking prior to each trip; flex to take on additional duties as mission needs evolve.

• Residence: Live within two hours of KDAL (Dallas Love Field).
• License: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) — unrestricted.
• Medical: Current First Class Medical; unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
• Experience: 5,000+ total hours, including 2,500+ hours as PIC.
• Type Rating: Gulfstream G650.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of FAR Parts 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO and international operations.
• Availability: Varying day/night operations on weekdays, weekends, and holidays; able to manage rest and remain flight‑ready during tour.
• Service Presence: Neat, well‑groomed, and service‑oriented with strong, positive passenger interaction skills.
• Decision‑making: Quick, accurate judgment with meticulous attention to technical and hospitality details.
• Bonus: FAA A&P or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license (preferred, not required).
