Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver | Dallas, TX Avg

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated retail account serving Texas and surrounding states. This position offers consistent freight, competitive pay, weekly home time, and multiple ways to earn through mileage, short-haul, stop, detention, and layover pay.

Drivers are typically out 2–3 days at a time before returning home.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,400
• $0.67 CPM
• $115 flat rate for runs under 150 miles
• $25 stop pay
• $25 drop & hook pay
• $30/hour detention pay after 2 hours
• $175 layover pay after 24 hours without freight
• $125 Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) pay
• $20/hour for temporary assignments
• $27/hour for yard switcher duties (when assigned)
• Additional backhaul pay opportunities may be available

• Weekly home time
• Most trips are 2–3 days out
• Weekend home time is common depending on freight and dispatch

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Must live within 45 miles of Flower Mound, TX
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet scheduled departure and delivery times
• Must comply with all DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
• Must meet company hiring standards
