Safety Drivers

Are you a safe, confident driver who enjoys technology and wants to work with something cutting-edge?

We’re hiring Safety Drivers to support the testing and development of autonomous vehicles in Dallas, TX. You’ll help test next-generation vehicles on real-world roads while gaining hands-on experience in an innovative industry.

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during on-road testing
• Alternate between manual driving and supervising autonomous mode
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, the vehicle, and surrounding environment
• Identify hazards and respond quickly and safely
• Work with remote operators and engineering teams
• Perform vehicle safety checks before and after shifts
• Collect driving and vehicle performance data
• Document observations and testing activities
• Assist with basic technical tasks, hardware adjustments, and software uploads
• Support basic troubleshooting as needed

• Valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years
• Strong driving skills and excellent situational awareness
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable driving in different weather and road conditions
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable using technology and following detailed procedures

• $25/hour
• Full-time - 40 hours/week
