Role Description The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, Tx. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, planning routes, and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Daily tasks include updating dispatch systems, entering and verifying shipment data, communicating with drivers and warehouse staff, and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipment status. The role also involves resolving scheduling conflicts, handling service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and continuous workflow.

The Dispatch Coordinator supports operational efficiency by multitasking in a dynamic environment and maintaining clear, professional communication at all times.

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in Dallas, Tx are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
