Warehouse Worker (Picker & Packer) This individual is a team player and detail-orientated. They are results-driven and are comfortable working in a fluctuating environment with a moderate level of change. A good candidate is capable of working in a fast-paced environment that is task-driven with minimal supervision. They can focus on the task at hand while maintaining a steady, consistent pace of work.

• Climate-controlled Distribution Center with no loud or dangerous machinery
• Potential for advancement and growth
• 5-day work week (Monday through Friday)
• A casual work environment with a focus on teamwork
• 1st shift only

• Receive and repackage inbound inventory
• Pull, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy rates
• Cycle count inventory
• Restock inventory
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment

• Reliable and Punctual
• Focus on detail
• Great work ethic
• Passion for constant improvement
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on occasion
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel and/or climb for 8 hours a day
• Must have reliable transportation

• Starting to pay $18.00 per hour
• 401(k), health, dental, and life insurance
• Eight paid holidays per year for full-time employees
• Two weeks paid vacation the first year
