Loader​/Unloader

LINK Staffing has partnered with our client in Dallas (near Desoto) to hire Container Loaders and Unloaders
. This company is an established leader in home improvement retail, offering competitive pay and room for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume DC, physically loading/unloading containers using advanced conveyor systems and have a reliable work history.
Immediate openings are available to start ASAP!

• Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• Friday-Saturday
  - Sunday , 5:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: $15.00/HR

• Safely and efficiently load, using the"wall building method" and unload materials from trucks or containers
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate shipment counts
• Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials and adhere to OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience working in a fast paced distribution center or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with RF scanners for receiving and inventory tracking purposes
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time (Prolonged Standing, Walking & Bending)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
