Dallas based company is looking to hire Warehouse Lead / Will Call Clerk
The RIGHT person for this role will have lead or supervisor experience in a warehouse environment, but also knows how to handle customers in person. Your day to day you will oversee daily warehouse operations, Provide In-person customer service, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team of warehouse staff.

Warehouse & Customer Service
- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with walk in customers
- Manage daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain ERP accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to align inventory with demand
Computer Skills
- Oversee data entry and transaction accuracy in Oracle modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement)
- Generate reports and support audits or reconciliations
- Collaborate with customer service and accounting teams to ensure system integrity
- Place and track orders with vendors for replenishment
- Communicate delivery timelines and product availability to internal teams
- Support inbound logistics and vendor performance tracking
- Build and Encourage the team
- Supervise warehouse staff and delegate daily tasks
- Train team members on safety protocols, equipment use, and ERP procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative work culture
Ownership Culture Engagement
- Participate in ESOP education and employee-owner meetings
- Promote shared success through process improvement and team accountability
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience
- In Person Customer Service Background
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
- Familiarity with safety regulations and inventory control practices
