Work Environment: Onsite – Warehouse / Distribution Facility

The Warehouse Clerk / Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, assisting customers, and performing local deliveries as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Accurately pull, stage, and cut turf/materials to fulfill customer orders
• Load and unload freight containers and delivery vehicles
• Assist customers with order pickup in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform occasional local deliveries using company vehicle
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal team members
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support inventory management and general warehouse duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
