Warehouse Material Handler – Picker & Loader

The Warehouse Material Handler – Picker & Loader is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and loading materials for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

• Pick materials and products according to pick lists, work orders, or RF scanner instructions
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and secure materials for transport
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain accurate inventory movements using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality performance standards
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand up forklift.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Operate electric pallet jack and stand up forklift (Required)
• RF scanner (Required)
• Previous warehouse, picking, loading, or material handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to read pick tickets and follow instructions accurately
• Basic math and counting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and reliability

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

• Warehouse or distribution center setting
• May require overtime, weekends, or shift flexibility
