Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the movement, organization, and distribution of merchandise throughout the warehouse and retail locations. phinium, our work is guided by Connection, Celebration, Ownership, Drive, Integrity, and Creativity — values that shape how we support our team, clients, and operations every day. In this role, you’ll lead warehouse employees, coordinate inventory movement, assist with installations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with warehouse, sales, and design teams to support daily operations, client installations, and seasonal event needs while ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service.

• Lead warehouse employees by assigning and overseeing daily responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Train and support team members as needed
• Coordinate product movement between locations by tracking incoming, outgoing, and transferred inventory
• Assist with receiving shipments at the loading dock
• Restock glassware and design supplies for the design department
• Maintain warehouse inventory and communicate low stock needs
• Help ensure the warehouse and design center remain clean, organized, and safe
• Remove trash and recycling from the design center and warehouse areas
• Serve as a liaison between sales and designers during corporate and event installations
• Support event and holiday teams with weekend installations throughout the year
• Deliver flower arrangements, gifts, and related items to customers as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions regarding deliveries
• Assist team members across departments as business needs require
• Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance at all times

• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
• Prior warehouse experience required
• Safe driving experience with cargo vans or box trucks preferred
• Valid Texas Driver License required (CDL not required)
• Clean driving record that meets insurance requirements; no DUI or DWI
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability as needed
• Ability to reliably commute to Dallas, TX
• Ability to effectively communicate in English preferred
• Ability to pass a mandatory pre‑employment background check and drug screening
• Able to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
