Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (OT as needed to meet production needs and during peak operations from June-Dec)
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTAs a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for and efficiently positioned within the Distribution Center to support timely order fulfillment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Receive, pick, sort, and label orders
- Pack, fold, and arrange garments for shipment
- Scan shipping orders and input them into the inventory system
- Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, or missing products; perform cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies
- High energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadership
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a structured, process‑oriented environment
- Ability to multi‑task, problem‑solve, and maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT and maintain attendance standards
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Preference given to candidates with related experience
- At least 2-3 years of continuous work experience
- Minimum 2 years of SAP experience
All duties require standing for prolonged periods, repetitive body movement, and lifting 15–50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to tolerate work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment is required.
