Inventory Control Coordinator – Dallas, Texas
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role will be responsible for administering the inventory cycle count program requiring accuracy and timeliness.
ShiftMonday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Typical Day- Reconciles cycle count discrepancies and resolves inventory problems on a timely basis
- Creates, updates, executes, and analyzes inventory cycle count reports
- Prioritizes data entry activities and may provide work leadership to data entry associates
- Conducts physical inventory and cycle counts and verifies quantities to maintain proper stock levels; documents and adjusts discrepancies within ERP system
- Accounts for materials distributed in the company ERP system
- Completes other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, detail‑oriented skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system
