Job Overview

Position:
Warehouse Order Selector & Merchandiser at Specs Family Partners, Dallas Warehouse, Dallas, TX. Full time. The selected individual is responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily and ensuring we expedite and stock wholesale products for our wholesale customers.

• Demonstrate Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
• Identify products by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
• Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances, changes, and out of stock products.
• Maintain control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled.
• Keep product rack areas neat and orderly while order selecting.
• Maintain pull cart staging area to allow quick verification of orders.
• Pack wholesale order products neatly to prevent damage and ensure item integrity at delivery.
• Tag wholesale customer orders according to shipment quantity.
• Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps and stamp guns/machines.
• Restock supplies and use equipment as needed to replenish product racks.
• Inform manager or lead of out‑of‑stocks or inventory variance for all items.
• Operate computer equipment used for inventory and preparing orders.
• Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
• Practice teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
• Continuously improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity.
• Undertake responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Use a dolly and/or pallet jack for moving goods.
• Push or pull 50‑100 pounds regularly.
• Complete other projects as assigned by management.
• Efficiently carry out all directives from the Management Team.
• Comply with safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet daily demands.
• Maintain attendance and timeliness; this position is not remote.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is acceptable.
• Strong basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
• Good reading, comprehension, and writing skills for simple instructions and memos.
• Clear verbal communication with coworkers and guests.
• Attitude: responsible, reliable, committed to excellent service, patient, friendly, outgoing personality.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, completes tasks promptly, and seeks next tasks.
• Availability: 40 hours per week, flexible for Friday or Saturday, and 80% or more coverage of all shifts.
• Physical:
  Stand, walk, bend, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, balance; lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally; use industrial machine for pallets up to 2400 pounds; basic vision requirements.
• Meet all essential duty performance criteria.

AM shift: 5 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Workplace offers a fun and positive environment. Employees are exposed to outside weather conditions while working in warehouses, and noise level is moderate to loud.
