Position: Warehouse Lead (Dallas)

SRG Stairs of SRG Ventures is a leading provider of custom stairs, blinds, and floors for the residential home builder market. We are currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate Lead in Dallas, TX
.

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring materials are received, organized, and staged accurately, while assisting in coordinating workflow, deliveries, and communication between internal teams to maintain an efficient and well-run warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up
  • Receive and process daily deliveries, including labeling and documentation
  • Assist in organizing workflow to meet shipment and delivery deadlines
  • Support Location Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, customer service, and purchasing
  • Utilize scheduling tools to ensure jobs and materials are ready on time
  • Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Report product discrepancies, damages, or issues as needed
  • Assist with deliveries as scheduled
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Minimum Required Education &

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Five years of experience in a similar or same role; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Unrestricted Texas driver's license required
  • Experience working in warehouse or construction-related environments preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen following job offer
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs regularly
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to work in a non‑temperature controlled warehouse environment
