Job Description
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead, Inbound will be responsible for overseeing various inbound tasks ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders and leading a team of warehouse associates. Various tasks include scheduling and receiving purchase orders, product put away, replenishments, bin slotting, providing assistance to the outbound team when applicable, cleaning and maintaining inventory accuracy directed by the warehouse management team.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

- Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Use handheld devices to accurately process inventory transactions.
- Schedule inbound deliveries and add them to the dock time calendar.
- Count inbound deliveries accurately, make adjustments to purchase orders, and communicate discrepancies.
- Move cases correctly and promptly report inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by adhering to aisle assignments and performing end‑of‑shift cleanup.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
- Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.
- Take directions from the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain workflow completion.
