POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will oversee the activities of Warehouse Operations, including safety, training, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
SHIFTMust be willing to work either day and/or night shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule.

The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPEFull Time;
Salaried / Exempt.
- Supervises warehouse staff and daily activities while enforcing operating instructions and safety policies.
- Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
- Coordinates repairs for equipment with outside vendors and/or forklift mechanics.
- Trains all new warehouse employees and re-evaluates training needs based on individual performance.
- Coordinates staffing requirements to cover attendance shortages.
- Orders warehouse supplies and maintains suitable inventory levels.
- Ensures basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Issues timely corrective actions as appropriate.
- Addresses safety, personnel, and operational concerns immediately with the manager.
- Maintains records, reports relevant information, and prepares any necessary documentation.
- Ensure customer orders are loaded/unloaded in a timely manner and according to the schedule.
- Communicates and coordinate with other departments and customers to support supply chain objectives.
- Continuously monitors applicable KPIs.
- Supports all documentation efforts across the company, ensuring all Bill of Lading are created and distributed for internal transfers.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least of 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment; 5+ years preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to drive a forklift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, etc.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to problem-solve and cross-check documentation.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms above the head and below the waist.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10-12 hours.
