Now hiring Equipment Operator

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM until work is completed

We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating material‑handling equipment, supporting receiving operations, and ensuring products are moved efficiently throughout the facility. This position requires previous forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Requirements
  • Spin & Stack: Forklift cert + diploma or GED. You handle sit‑downs, stand‑ups, and reach trucks.
  • Keep It Moving: 1+ year warehouse experience.

Job Duties
  • Operate sit‑down forklifts and stand‑up reach trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Move products, materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
  • Stage materials for shipping, receiving, and production operations.
  • Assist with receiving activities, including unloading trailers and verifying product counts.
  • Perform inventory movements, stock replenishment, and material transfers as needed.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and transactions.
  • Complete pre‑shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
