Warehouse Supervisor

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm +OT

Pay: $24-$25/hr

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse personnel, inventory movement, shipping and receiving activities, equipment utilization, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to meet performance and productivity goals.
• Plan labor schedules and allocate resources to support daily operational needs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of warehouse staff.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials needed for daily operations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Track operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
