Location: Dallas, TX (Area Code: 75236)
Shifts & Pay- 2nd Shift Pickers: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Closing Shift (Dock Workers & Pack Out): 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Pay: $18.50/hour
- $1,500 Attendance Bonus: Earn $250 every two weeks for your first 90 days (when you work 40 hours/week)

- Direct Hire Opportunity: Eligible for direct hire with Cummins after 90 days—includes higher pay and excellent benefits
- On-the-Job Training: Earn valuable certifications while working for an industry leader
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs), such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts
- Receive, stock, store, handle, and label goods and materials
- Pick, fill, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect merchandise and identify shortages or damaged goods
- Some forklift operating experience required (certification not required)
- Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical warehouse activities (bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, and standing)
