Summary

Primarily responsible for Needs to be able to understand product details and know where to obtain the definition of specific parts. Can assist to pull inventory from shelves using a pick ticket, can document and enter into SAP, inbound shipments and inspect parts upon return, cleaning and performing minor repairs to parts as needed, and able to assure they are put away in correct bin locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and verify packing slips for incoming deliveries; route packages to the appropriate internal departments using manual handling or forklift operation as needed.
  • Receive, inspect, and process returned products to confirm quantities, identify damage or defects, and document condition with detailed photographs for evaluation and disposition.
  • Capture and organize photographic documentation of new and returned inventory to support accurate system entry and client reporting.
  • Maintain organized records of return documentation and supporting details for traceability and reference.
  • Assist with New Product Inspections (NPI) for client-supplied items, including those associated with return orders.
  • Stock, organize, and pull warehouse inventory as requested to support operational needs.
  • Locate and track inventory within the warehouse using Exhibit Force and Excel-based mapping tools.
  • Accurately input and update inventory locations and related data in Exhibit Force.
  • Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Prior forklift experience preferred; must be willing and able to obtain Skyline forklift certification and operate equipment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Participate in cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform additional non-build or warehouse-related duties as assigned by leadership (Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).
Education & Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
  • 0 - 2 years related work experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to learn safe operation of warehouse equipment
  • Ability to print and pick product from warehouse for departmental delivery
